- For your convenience at Rio Grande Dental, we accept most US PPO insurance policies (Delta Dental, Aetna Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental, Cigna Dental Insurance, DentaMax, MetLife Dental or United Concordia Dental Insurance) as a payment form. One of our representatives will collect your insurance information by phone or email to verify your insurance updated benefits and acquire a detailed breakdown of your specific plan information.
- From this breakdown and our list of fee schedules, we are able to estimate the expected payment from your insurance carrier. This same information also enables us to let you know you’re out of pocket expenses (if any) prior to performing a treatment.

- Please provide your insurance information at the front desk or you can email us at clinic@riograndedental.com
- We will need a picture (front and back) from your Insurance card, day of birth, company where you work and primary holder of your insurance plan (if needed)
- If you send you insurance information before visiting our clinic, please email your estimate or treatment plant and X rays from your local dentist this will help us to give you a better dental treatment estimate and payment before you arrive.
- Please advise that some dental Insurances like Delta Dental will reimburse the amount of the patient treatment directly to your home address due is an “out of network” service.
