Porcelain/Ceramic Crown (E-max, Lava )

While crowns and bridges are different devices, both procedures require two office visits. During the first visit, the dentist prepares the area and takes an impression also placement of temporary crowns. The prosthesis is fitted during the second visit. The first visit will take 2 days!
It takes approximately two/ three weeks for a dental laboratory to fabricate dental crowns and send the restorations back to the dental office. Patients return to the office when the crown is ready.
Second visit. The dentist begins by removing the temporary crowns and cleaning the cement off the teeth. Then the dentist evaluates the fit of the crowns. The dentist then bonds the crowns to the teeth using dental cement. This usually takes 1 day to complete. However, it can take extra day if the dentist needs to make several changes to get the proper fit.
You have two choices :
Stay for 6 days to complete your dental work or
Stay 2 days (first visit) and come back 2/3 weeks later and stay 2 more days for placement for your dental work (second visit). *This choice is highly recommended for more than 6 crowns *
